f/11 aperture was maybe a little bit short. f/14 or 16 would have been more appropriate. In such case the concern is always the decreasing shutter speed considering the actual speed at f/11 was 1/160s at 160 iso (no joke). Pushing the iso is another solution but then at the expense of details, which in such a subject are paramount. All that technical bla bla to explain why the depth of field is not very large in this picture.
