Life in the klongs

Another view from the Bangkok suburbs. Small canals, called klongs, extends all around the city. Small personal boats are still a good means of transport in these areas although this is not represented on this photograph. Sometimes you just don’t have the time to find what you are looking for. I took this picture near the old airport while waiting my flight back home. Better to wander around than sitting in an airport waiting room where nothing happens, no ?
